Hyatt Regency Coconut Point
A 456 room resort with 18 stories. To maximize room views of Estero Bay and the Gulf of Mexico, a high rise tower has been designed. A Caribbean resort character has been incorporated with this tower by surrounding the high rise with one and two story structures. Each room will have a balcony. The resort will have approximately 29,000 sq feet of meeting and banquet space, 2 restaurants with 3 interior bar areas and a poolside bar. The 19,000 sq. ft. Spa and Health Club is designed to serve the hotel and guests and the local community.
